Sharper
Than New is based on the belief that our customers' happiness

I am committed to your satisfaction with the service I provide
you. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from
repeat customers and referrals.
I will restore your blades while removing no more metal
than necessary. I sharpen with a Swedish made, water cooled
stone grinder to protect the temper of the blades and, then
hone with fine abrasives.
Repair work that cannot be done at the Farmers Market in
Sarasota will be done in my shop, and returned the following
weekend.
An additional
charge will be made for the following: Very dull blades,
edges with chips, edges that are severely damaged, broken
tips, and blades that have worn out of shape.
